Diana The restaurant specializes in seafood cuisine.Our customers are offered traditional Sicilian dishes with ample space to those typical Palermitans and Usticesi prepared
with local fish by pasta with sardines, rigatoni to the rule by the grouper in Bellavista with potatoes, garlic swordfish rolls and knife, the eggplant caponata or sweet and sour pumpkin.
The sweets are produced by us as the Cassata, Cannoli, the semifereddi almond, the logs and pistachio ice cream hazelnut Bronte.
We also produce zucchini, capers, eggplant, watermelon, lentils and more, thanks to the fertility of the land offered usticese.
What we want is the attention that distinguishes us turn to the authenticity and freshness of the dishes offered. That is why the chef personally chooses the fish that arrive every day directly from the boats of fishermen on the island.

are mainly in our region, appreciated both nationally and internationally as the lion and the Regaleali of Tasca d'Almerita, but also prized bottles from wineries Spadafora, Abraxas, Santa Tresa and Etna Rocca D'Api.
